C&W Farms Soap and Candles

Thank you for your interest in purchasing handmade all natural soaps!  Our soaps are made with premium ingredients that are known to be luxurious on the skin.  They are kind to even very sensitive skin and faces.

We only use pure essential oils and natural plants to fragrance our soaps which give them a delicate and not overpowering scent.  Many of the herbs we used are also grown on the farm.

Our soap is primarily Olive Oil based, and is very similar to popular Castile soaps.  We also use Apricot Kernel Oil, which has similar properties to sweet almond oil, and we use Coconut oil which provides wonderful bubbles and lather to the soap.  These soaps provide excellent, non-irritating, gentle cleaning.

Using the cold process method for producing soap, the oils are combined with lye, which produces soap.  We use a 5-6% super fat recipe, meaning that all of the lye is used up and approximately 5 % of the oils remain.  The cold process saponification method also naturally produces glycerin.

When you purchase these natural soaps, you are also supporting small, sustainable agriculture and a family!  We appreciate your purchases because they help us expand and improve our farm and pay for things like horse riding lessons, school clothes, and diapers!

Have a special occasion coming up?  We can customize the soap labels and packaging colors to match your event!  In many cases we can also make a soap to match your scent and theme, just let us know what you need!  Please email us for special pricing on orders of over 40 bars.  Keep in mind, that if we are making a unique soap for you, it takes 4-5 weeks for the soap to be fully cured and ideal for use.
How should you store your new purchase? Cold processed soaps like to breathe, so it is best to keep your soap in a cool dry location until you are ready to use it.  Keeping your soap dry between uses will also extend its life.
